Jumpstart Tioga is now accepting applicants for our 2020 EDUCATION Program

If you are applying to the program, completing a survey is the first step in our selection process.  Once all are received for this session, we will make a decision and notify selected participants promptly.  This survey requests personal and opinionated data. Please be candid and detailed with your responses as they will assist us in meeting the needs of the participants and qualifying for programming.

 

Before applying please make note of the following: 

  •  There is no application fee for the JUMPSTART TIOGA program.  You may apply to the program for free.  However, once selected as a participant we require a $100.00 Participation Fee.  The participation fee covers class materials, resources and program costs.  Your $100 will be due once you accept the invitation to attend the Jumpstart Training Program

  • The course dates for fall 2019 will be posted in the coming weeks, please revisit this page for updated information!!

  • Selected applicants will be notified using the contact information provided in the survey.  Please write legibly and make sure the information is accurate.

  • This survey is for persons interested in being a participant in the training program as well as potential mentors (click here​ for more for information on mentor requirements)

When applying to the program, completing a survey is the first step in our selection process.  Once you complete the survey, you will be prompted to render payment of the participation fee through this website or by using PayPal.  This survey requests personal and opinionated data. Please be candid and detailed with your responses as they will assist us in meeting the needs of the participants and qualifying for programming.

Before applying please make note of the following: 

  • Once you submit a survey and pay the $100.00 participation  fee, you will be added to the roster for the upcoming course.  The participation fee covers class materials, resources and program expenses.  Course location and pay details are provided to registered participants ONLY.

  • The course dates for our 3rd Course in February 2020 are as follows

    • Tuesday, February 4                  1st Session*                         

    • Tuesday, February 11                 2nd Session*                   

    • Tuesday, February 18                3rd Session*                   

    • Tuesday, February 25                4th Session**

    • Tuesday, March 3                      Graduation                        6:30-8 PM

                                    * Session is from 6:30-8:45PM   ** Session given by PNC                      

  • The following is the timeline for submission for the 3rd Course February 2020:

    • February 3, 2020-Last day to submit surveys

    • February 4, 2020-First Session 3rd Course February 2020

  • Please complete all sections of the survey and make sure the information is accurate

  • This survey is for persons interested in being a participant in the training program ONLY.  If you are interested in being a mentor, click here​ for information on mentor requirements.
