JumpstartTioga is dedicated to the revitalization of the Tioga neighborhood through redevelopment projects that improve the community and involves its residents and stakeholders.  Our neighborhood is perfectly positioned near all sections of the city, main transportation routes and the Temple University Campus and Health System. 

 

Patterned after the pilot program in Germantown, we seek to help local residents become successful investors in their own back yard while capitalizing on the varied resources available for urban development.  Using the established program thrusts of training, mentoring and financing, we have partnered with local financial institutions and real estate professionals to support the program and lend their expertise.
