An ideal mentor meets the following requirements:

Share the goals of Jumpstart Tioga, such as reducing blight

Partner with Jumpstart Tioga in neighborhoods efforts to reduce litter, dumping and improve the community

High personal moral and ethical standards

Knowledge of the local real estate market

Proven development experience in residential real estate
