Jumpstart Tioga teaches the development process from sourcing to creating a completely renovated property. We recently completed a renovation in Tioga and our last course had the opportunity to see the beginning stages of our project.  Not only do we produce quality  homes but our participants can observe the real estate development process in progress.

Kitchen demo: there was a wall completely enclosing the space and blocking it off from the rest of the home.

This kitchen was closed off, inaccessible and unappealing to a potential home buyer.

In addition to being outdated, the floor plan needed an adjustment to be more functional

Once the stairs were relocated and framed it, everything else fell into place. The custom made island was built next, then came flooring, cabinets and appliances.

The front bedroom had no closet. We custom built one, with sliding mirror doors. This added double value as the closet provided storage and the doors created an enlarging effect on the space.

All 4 bedrooms, before; the front two bedrooms were connected by a door. We closed the doorway space making both rooms private spaces.
