TERMS AND CONDITIONS
By submitting the $150 course payment, participants acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions:

All sales are final. Course fees are non‑refundable and non‑transferable under any circumstances.

Mandatory attendance is required. Participants must attend all scheduled sessions, including both virtual and in‑person classes, to remain in good standing and to qualify for program completion.

Program guidelines apply upon payment. Graduates of the program are subject to all applicable operational guidelines, policies, and requirements of the program immediately upon enrollment and payment.

Organizational responsibility. Jumpstart Tioga is a nonprofit organization providing educational programming only. The organization is not responsible for initiating, managing, or completing any graduate real estate projects, nor does it guarantee project outcomes, funding, or success.
Enrollment and payment signify full acceptance of these terms.
