The program consists of 4 sessions of instruction using our comprehensive Jumpstart curriculum and PowerPoint Presentation. In the program you’ll learn about the 7 JumpSteps of real estate development and virtually visit a local construction site.
We educate novice investors (with 0 - 5 previous renovation projects) on the basics of real estate development, including property sourcing, due diligence, financing, design and construction, and leasing and selling. Upon graduation, prepared participants are paired with an experienced mentor to guide them through their next development projects.

We are seeking participants with a commitment to revitalizing and reinvesting in Tioga. The focus of Jumpstart Tioga is not only financial gain for the participant. We are dedicated to changing Tioga for the better by providing quality homes and bringing families and homeownership back to our neighborhood. PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION, WE LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR SUBMISSION
When applying to the program, completing a survey is the first step in our selection process. Once you complete the form, you will be prompted to render payment of the participation fee. This survey requests personal and opinionated data. Please be candid and detailed with your responses as they will assist us in meeting the needs of the participants and qualifying for programming.
Before Registering please make note of the following:
Once you submit a survey and pay the $100.00 participation fee, you will be added to the roster for the upcoming course. The course virtual login information, important course dates and other information will be emailed at least one week prior to the start of the 1st session
The course dates for our 4th Course in October 2020 are as follows:

* Each session is from 6:30-9 PM
Attendance at all four sessions is mandatory for graduation from the program. If you miss a session during the course, you may complete the session during our next course held, at which time a graduation certificate of completion from the program will be issued. There will be no refunds issued for failure to complete the program due to absence. PLEASE READ THIS AND VERIFY YOUR AVAILABILITY ON THE SESSION DATES BEFORE COMPLETING THE SURVEY AND PAYING THE PARTICIPATION FEE
